Please note that due to the nature of vintage clothing, minor imperfections and signs of wear may be present. These characteristics contribute to the unique charm and authenticity of vintage pieces. Any defects will be listed.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

Viivrant. Co is not liable for any items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

Refund Process:

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 2 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer exchanges for vintage clothing items. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

Final Sale Items:

Certain vintage clothing items may be marked as final sale. These items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
